Debbie has been an avid creator since she was a little girl and was blessed to be surrounded by multiple generations of talented women who taught her not only the skills to make fun things, but also to embrace the process of making and sharing the love of it with others. She spent many special times creating alongside her mom, aunties, grandmas, and her high school home economics teacher. She has taught many quilting classes and loves to see her students embrace this amazing craft, emphasizing fun, not perfection. Debbie’s motto is “enjoy the process!” In addition to quilting, she loves to knit. She lives in the beautiful desert of Scottsdale, Arizona, with her husband Greg who is a talented creator in his own right.
