About Us:

The Philly Modern Quilt Guild held its first meeting on February 27, 2010. Our monthly meetings draw between 30-40 active quilters from Philadelphia and the surrounding suburbs. While “modern quilting” can mean different things to different quilters, the two things we all share in the Philly MQG are a deep love for our craft and the desire to learn from those around us. We have quilters who are new to their quilting journey, and others who have been at it for decades.
